2. Yogurt + whole grain cereal + fruits & nuts

3. Whole grain toast + cheese + tomato + boiled egg

4. Scrambled egg + fruit salad

5. Whole grain toast + salmon + tomato + fruit salad

6. Whole grain toast + ham or turkey + tomato

7. Whole grain pancakes
